A good day starts with breakfast, or rather breakfast, referred to as breakfast elsewhere, but that is another matter.

Here in our parts more and more business men and others meet over cappuccino or coffee with croissants, brioches or various pastry specialities between 8.00 and 9.00 am.

It is a spectacle to watch as the barista moulds the cappuccino, slowly, passionately, adding coffee, a drop of cold milk, chocolate powder for those who ask for it, and then more hot milk, intense froth.

It is a passionately 'designed' cappuccino.
