The processing operations connected to the internet services provided through this Site take place at the aforesaid premises of the Data Controller directly by the Data Controller's organisation, with the help of its Data Trustees and/or Data Processors, or by any external service companies previously appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016 - General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), of the Privacy Code, the updated list of which is available at the Data Controller's premises.

Type of data processed

The processing of data carried out through this Site will only concern common data. We therefore invite you not to communicate to us any data concerning your health or relating to political, religious, trade union and philosophical connotations, which can be qualified as "sensitive data" pursuant to art. 4, paragraph 1, letter D) of the Privacy Code. The person in charge will periodically check the names processed and, if necessary, remove those that are no longer necessary.

Navigation data

In order to make it possible to view, consult and navigate the web pages of this Site, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate them acquire certain personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to this Site, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.

The aforementioned data are processed in accordance with the provisions of Article 123 of the Privacy Code, therefore, when they are no longer necessary for the transmission of electronic communication, they are deleted or made anonymous to allow the processing of statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning.

In any case, navigation data could be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes, as established by the Privacy Code.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

We wish to inform you that G. SCHRÖDER ARTUSO  has structured a special section of the Site, from which it is possible to submit data directly on-line, by sending e-mail messages, or by off-line means (ordinary mail, telephone, fax).
In any case, any personal data voluntarily submitted to Informitalia srl by site visitors will be processed according to principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, for the protection of the privacy and rights of the data subjects.

We inform you that the optional sending of e-mail messages to the e-mail addresses indicated on this Site entails the consequent acquisition of the sender's address, as necessary to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

Specific and further information will be progressively displayed in the Restricted Areas of the Site or in the web pages set up for the provision of services.

Cookies and Web beacons Modes of processing

The data will be processed mainly with the aid of computerised and telematic tools, but also manually. The data may be stored both in electronic and paper archives, in any case for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

The Data Controller has put in place specific security measures to prevent the loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

Informitalia srl warns the Visitor that the possible transmission of data through the Internet cannot reach absolute security levels. It is the Visitor's responsibility to verify the correctness of his personal data and, if necessary, to rectify, update or modify them during the processing. In this regard,  G. SCHRÖDER ARTUSO  cannot be considered obliged to any other performance than the punctual and correct application of the security standards imposed by the legislation in force, in particular the application of the security measures set out in Articles 33-35 and Annex B of the Privacy Code.

Optional provision of data and consequences of refusal

With the exception of navigation data [and possibly cookies/web beacons], the provision of data is in any case optional. Your refusal will therefore only make it impossible for us to provide you with the requested information.

Duration of treatment

Processing will last no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data were provided, in accordance with the provisions of Section 11(e) of the Privacy Code. However, should the data subject consider, for any reason, that the purpose of the processing has been exhausted, he/she must notify the undersigned in writing, who will proceed to the immediate deletion of the information, if this is in accordance with the law.

Rights of the data subject

Finally, we inform you that art. 7 of the Privacy Code grants the person concerned the exercise of specific rights.

In particular, the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist, even if they have not yet been recorded, and to have them made available in an intelligible form.

The data subject also has the right to know the origin of the data, the methods and purposes of data processing, as well as the logic applied in the case of processing carried out by electronic means, the contact details of the data controller and data processors, and finally the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data are communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as data processors or persons in charge of processing.

The person concerned may also obtain the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, as well as the updating, rectification or, if the person concerned is interested, the integration of such data; they also have the right to obtain confirmation that the aforementioned operations have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such fulfilment is impossible or requires means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.

Finally, the data subject shall have the right to object in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection, as well as the right to object in whole or in part to the processing for the purpose of sending commercial information or advertising material.
